KCM (Keeping Current Matters)

As the sole product designer on KCM’s Real Talk desktop project, I transformed a mobile-only teleprompter app into a robust desktop experience. This tool enables real estate agents to create, edit, and share professional video content effortlessly and seamlessly across devices.

My process began with an in-depth analysis of the mobile app and its audience—a demographic of experienced professionals seeking simplicity and efficiency. I developed intuitive wireframes, pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that replicated and elevated the mobile experience for desktop users. My work balanced user needs with business goals, emphasizing accessibility, ease of use, and brand consistency.

The resulting design encourages increased video sharing, aiming to drive top-tier subscriptions.
